Caffeine

"In another study conducted by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, it was discovered that of 104 women trying to conceive, those drinking more than one cup of coffee per day were 50% less likely to become pregnant at any stage of their menstrual cycle than women who consumed less caffeine. After drinking 1 cup or more of coffee per day for 1 year, women in the study were found to be 5 times less likely to become pregnant. The statistics are shocking, and the message is clear. Caffeine, in high doses, can be toxic."

Caffeine is interesting. Because most of us drink it without thinking (okay well younger people). I have recently started thinking about not drinking it, so on to caffeine free coke, sprite, decaf tea and coffee (i can't tell a taste difference). But i do like chocolate - a lot - so that's just gonna have to be OK. Then i read this quote and now i really am not going to drink it. Why don't they serve caffeine free coke at restaurants? only diet coke and regular. Well we are going on a water-binge anyway. Last week, Monday through Friday, had only water! I think one cup of coffee actually. Oh well no ones perfect. This weekend i had one glorious coke. But now it's back to water for the week.

So, i'm wondering if you could just have this caffeinated birth control? Like, you drink 3 cups of coffee a day and you're set. I mean, it is sort of a drug. A free drug. Could it have worse side effects than regular birth control? Not possible. Well, possible, but unlikely.
